andrew girlingDr. Andrew Girling BDS, LDS RCS

Andrew qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1982. His first position as an Associate Dentist was in Stubbington, near Fareham. He changed location moving to Holbury in January 1986 and was offered a partnership within six months of joining. During the late 1980's, Andrew also worked part-time in Harley Street.

He became the Practice Principal in 1993, and at the same time opened a new branch practice, at The Mews in Lymington. In 1998 a third practice was opened and “Group Dental” was established (this practice was sold to an associate in 2007).

He has an interest in Implantology and is a member of the  ADI (Association of Dental Implantologists), and the ITI (International Team of Implantology).

Andrew is married with 4 children and enjoys sailing, gardening and walking in his spare time

Dr Don Cousin BDS

Don Cousin qualified in 1968 at The University of  Newcastle. He moved to London and co-founded Leagrave Dental Practice in 1972. He was in practice in Harley Street from 1972 to 1996 with special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

He has been a past member of Bedfordshire Local Dental Committee and Bedfordshire Oral Health Advisory Group.

Don’s hobbies include sailing and skiing and jazz.

Dr Caroline Morgan BDS

Caroline trained at the University of Sheffield and qualified in 1991. She worked in general dental practice near  Sheffield and also treated children and patients with special needs in the Community Dental Service. She moved to France with her family for a period of 5 years before joining Oakdene Dental Practice in 2009.

Caroline likes to provide quality dental care in an encouraging, caring environment.

Dr. Jane Robson BChD

Jane RobsonJane trained at Leeds University, qualifying in December 1983 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. After qualification, she worked in Reading and Guildford before taking a year out to travel.

On her return, Jane worked in Brockenhurst in the New Forest for 18 years. A combination of her high clinical standards and friendly easy going manner has generated considerable patient loyalty. Jane moved to the Mews Dental Practice in 2006.

Jane has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and treating nervous patients.

Jane is married with 2 children. She is an international orienteer, coach and competitive club runner who enjoys participating in most other sports with her family.

Dr. Alan Price BDS

Alan PriceAlan qualified from the University of Manchester in 1978. After some years of working in specialist Children’s dentistry and general dental practice, he joined a large dental partnership in Derby  remaining there for 10 years working as a dental practitioner with a special interest in Orthodontics. During this period Alan also held part time posts with the Hospital and Community Services.

1992 saw a move to Spain to work in general dental practice before returning to the UK in the early 90’s. Alan has been with the Mews Dental Practice since 1997 and still retains his interest in Orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Mariette Wheldon BDS

Mariette qualified as a dental surgeon from Birmingham University in 1992. After working with Group Dental from 1993-1997 she then travelled to Australia, returning to the New Forest in 2002 (and Group Dental) via a short spell in Berkshire.

Mariette enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially aesthetic dentistry. To compliment her cosmetic work she has become a qualified practitioner in dermal fillers and Botox treatments.

Mariette is married and when not thinking about teeth can be found playing tennis or walking her enthusiastic Labrador, Rosie.
